HOW OFTEN SHOULD I SERVICE MY AC?
We recommend an annual service and maintenance for best performance and maintenance.
WHAT TO DO IF MY AC IS NOT WORKING AT FULL CAPACITY?
Here are some things you can try to do by yourself before calling one of our professionals. 1) turn unit off by switching off the power source 2) remove the ac cover and clean the coils and side walls of the unit to remove any dust, dirt and debris 3) let dry 4) return cover 5) turn power back on 6) turn thermostat off for 30 minutes 7) turn thermostat back on.
If you are still not getting cool air, then chances are you may be low on freeon or need to replace your unit. We are here to help!
